To access your site so that you can upload your data files if you wish to do this yourself via any FTP client, such as Filezilla
Server : ftp.<your.domain>
Username : <as issued>
Password : <as issued>
The folder your need for your site to appear is httpdocs, however, there are many hidden folders with logs and statistics below this one that you have full access to if required.
