Air Canada Launches Program To Settle CTA Complaints With Cash & Vouchers

The Canadian flag carrier, Air Canada, has launched a new program to address passenger complaints submitted to the Canadian Transportation Agency (CTA). The carrier wants to settle customer service complaints by offering a portion of the claimed amount in place of the complaint. Air Canada aims to reduce the backlog of more than 60,000 passenger complaints that the CTA system currently has.
