Tanzania’s premier safari airline, Auric Air, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Surf Air Mobility to upgrade up to 12 of its Cessna Grand Caravans with Surf Air’s proprietary electrified powertrain technology once it receives certification. This comes a few months after the Los Angeles-based firm reached agreements with other East African Caravan operators.
